Our Express Collection range from 5 to 18 minutes in length and are great to do while on the go. You can find an array of options here, whether you are looking for something targeted to a quick full body workout. They are also great to mix and match together to create your own personal flow.

  • 15min. Glute Activation (FOCUS)

    Props: Resistance Loop
    This class is a great Express session focused on glute activation and pelvic stability. If you are looking to strengthen your hips is an effective way join Kelsey for this class.

  • 15min. Pilates Mat Flow (FLOW)

    Props: Theraband
    This express class with Rachel is a great add on session post-cardio or after finishing any other workout, but are looking for a little bit more abs, arms and stretching. It’s quick and effective, and a great finisher!

  • 15min. Standing Barre Flow (FOCUS & FLOW)

    Prop: Fit Ball & Chair
    Join Becky for a lower body focused Standing Barre class. She creatively uses the fit ball in this class to target the inner thighs, glutes and hamstrings.

  • 15min Express Arms (FOCUS)

    Props: Hand Weights
    Kelsey leads you through an express arm focused class that includes a fun variation on a classical reformer Pilates sequence. If you are looking to target the whole upper body, this class is for you!

  • 12min Upper Body Stretch (EXPAND)

    Release shoulder and neck tension with this express class that can be easily done from the comfort of your work desk or dining char. This class can be used as a break durning the day to alleviate stress that builds up in the upper body.

  • 12min Stress Relief (EXPAND)

    This express session is all about the wind down and is mellow enough to be done from the comfort of your bed. This is ideal after a long stressful day or as you prepare to head to sleep at night. Enjoy!

  • 15min Accelerated Core (FOCUS)

    All abs! Joanna targets all of your abs in this express class. You will transition between classic Pilates based core work to functional plank and side lying variations.

  • 15min Lateral Line Strength (FOCUS + FLOW)

    This side-body focused class with Kelsey incorporates moves like Mermaid and Side Bend to strengthen the shoulders, lats, obliques, outer hips and glutes. This is a great class to do if you are short on time and looking to target a specific area.

  • 15min Classic Mat Flow (FLOW + FOCUS)

    Kelsey guides you through an upbeat, express class where many Classic Pilates Mat exercises like Open Leg Rocker, Teaser and Roll Over are interwoven together to create a fun, abdominal focused flow.
    ** This class is not recommended for those with any spine injuries.

  • 8min Block Balance (FOCUS)

    Props: Yoga Block or step/stair
    This express class with Kelsey is a fantastic targeted warm-up that is focused on lower body balance. You can use this as a warm-up to get your legs engaged, connected and ready to take on a more intense full body workout.

  • 15min Active Flexibility (EXPAND)

    Kelsey guides you through a full body active flexibility sequence where much of the session is done from a quadruped position. Hips, hamstrings, shoulders and feet all are fluidly lengthened in this class.

  • 20min Barre with Sliders (FLEX + FOCUS)

    Props: Sliders

  • 15min Advanced Core (FLEX + FOCUS)

    Props: Fitball (or rolled up towel)
    This express class targets the deep core muscles using a fit ball or rolled up towel. Kelsey puts a twist on Classic Pilates mat work to create this accelerated class, which is great to combine with another focused express class.

  • 15min Express Arms (FOCUS)

    Props: Hand weights
    If you are looking for a quick, arm focused session this is the class for you! Karen uses hand weights to target all muscles of the arm, and also sneaks in some stretching and balance work too.

  • 15min Active Flexibility (EXPAND)

    Join Karen for a juicy mobility class that serves as a fantastic cool down after a hard workout or hard day at work. Enjoy!

  • 20min Pilates Mat (EXPAND + FLOW)

    Props: Foam Roller
    This class is the perfect combo of stretch and Pilates! Joanna creatively uses the foam roller to access the core and release the body in this 20min class.

  • 10min Standing Warm-up (FOCUS)

    This standing sequence taught by Joanna is a great warm-up to combine with a more core focused Pilates mat class to get a thorough full-body workout in, or do alone if you are short on time and want to focus on lower body and balance.

  • 15min Pilates Mat Warm Up (FOUNDATION + FOCUS)

    Kelsey teaches a foundational Pilates mat warm-up that is great for those new to the method or anyone wanting to brush up on the basics. Regardless of level, you are guaranteed to feel the deep core work by the end of the session.

  • 15min Sidebody Stretch & Strength (FOCUS + EXPAND)

    This juicy sequence taught by Kelsey focuses on the lateral line (the whole sidebody, from the lats, obliques to glutes) and is a great combination of muscle activation and deep stretching of this ever important area that often gets overlooked.

  • 15min SI Joint Support Flow (FOCUS + FLOW)

    Props: Hand Weights & Fitball

    In this focused stretch session Kelsey uses a theraband to assist in the release and mobility of her hips and hamstrings. This is a great session to do alone if you are looking to wind down from a long day sitting, or incorporate it as a cool down after a hard workout.
