Our Express Collection range from 5 to 18 minutes in length and are great to do while on the go. You can find an array of options here, whether you are looking for something targeted to a quick full body workout. They are also great to mix and match together to create your own personal flow.

12min Active Flexibility (EXPAND)
Kelsey guides you through a quick full body stretch that will keep you moving through each movement, focusing on form and mobility. Rotation, lateral side bending and flexion/extension are all included throughout this class - working full ranges of motion.

15min Slider Sequence (FLEX)
Props: Sliders (if you don’t have sliders at home you can use washcloths on hard surfaced floors and paper plates on carpet)
Joanna teaches an accelerated class using the sliders to sculpt and tone the whole body. She also includes active flexibility movements to lengthen areas that were targeted... -
10min Cardio Circuit (FLEX + FOCUS)
Kelsey teaches a quick cardio circuit that will get your heart rate up and your body fully warmed up. This class is great to do before a more targeted class or if you are short on time and want a quick burn.

12min Advanced Core (FLEX + FOCUS)
Props: Magic Circle or Fitball
CJ leads you through a challenging, core focused sequence in this express session. This class gradually builds in its challenge and CJ provides modifications throughout. -
10min Express Arms (FOCUS)
This is a propless, arm focused class taught by Kelsey. This class is great if you want a quick class that is totally arm targeted. Kelsey also ends the class with a few upper body stretches that helps release tension in the spots that were targeted.

12min Express Arms (FOCUS)
Props: Hand weights
Kelsey uses hand weights to fully target the arms in this express class. Secondarily, your legs will get a little burn in this class holding positions as you flow through the arm work. -
8min Foot Release (FOCUS)
Props: Small Release Ball (golf ball/pinky ball/hard bouncy ball)
Kelsey leads you through a foot fascial release class using a small release ball. Your feet are the base to your body and it’s extremely important to take care of, stretch and strengthen them on the regular! -
10min Core Flow (FOCUS +FLOW)
Join Kelsey in a quick Pilates based core focused class. This class is great to combine with other express classes or done on its own if you are short on time.

15min Standing Barre Flow (FLOW + FOCUS)
Props: Barre (chair or countertop)
If you are wanting a quick barre-based sequence that is lower body focused, this is the class for you! Kelsey targets the legs, booty and balance in the session and can be great done on it’s own or added together with a core focused express class. -
10min Lower Body Flow (FOCUS + FLOW)
Join Kelsey in a leg, booty and balance focused express class where you will feel the burn yet feel more grounded once the session is over. Combine with other express classes or do on its own when you are short on time!
