Breath to Body

Breath to Body is the latest release in Move With On-Demand and has taken shape by integrating our passion for breathwork and meditation, with our love for Pilates and all things movement. We originally fell in love with Pilates not because of the aesthetic results, but by how it taught us how to be present in our bodies and how integral it was for to connect to our breath in order to move efficiently. Breath to Body was created to give you even more awareness, not just in your movement, but also for your nervous system as a whole. We have found too often that we look at breath work and mindfulness as separate entities from movement practices, and the goal of this method is to showcase that when combined you reap more benefits than when performed separately.

Every time we lay down on a reformer or mat and tune into our breath we feel at home. This practice was developed to give each and every one of you a little taste of that feeling: to move, to breathe and to be in your body.
