This prop-less, 30 minute class is designed to connect you to your breath and strengthen your lung capacity through the initial warm-up. You will then move into an active full body, Pilates based class with a focus on core, legs and arms where you will up-regulate your breath and nervous system to build strength. Expect to build heat and maybe get a little sweaty, but you will cap the class off by reconnecting to your breath and allowing your nervous system to drop back down.
