Diana teaches a quick strengthening flow for anyone with SI joint issues. (The Sacroiliac Joints - SI- are located on either side of your low back and are often of culprits for hip and back pain)
Note for pregnancy: if you feel uncomfortable lying on your back, try propping your upper back with a pillow or wedge, or lying on your side.
